Budget Check module (fax)

If this module is used in a fax server workflow, the account balance or the positive budget of the user account is checked (when faxing via fax card, this check is set in Fax Card module. Depending on where the module is used, it has slightly different effects on the process.

If it is used directly after the Start module, a budget check is performed immediately, i.e. the system only checks whether the balance of the billing account is positive when the function is started. The costs of the fax job to be created are not taken into account.

If these are to be taken into account, the module should be inserted after the Fax on Device module, because after scanning the file, page numbers and other characteristics of the job are known.

If a budget check for a fax processing operation on the device (i.e. with a built-in fax card) is to be carried out, please set this directly in the Fax Card module.
